By accessing or using Follizo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a legal guardian.

Follizo provides Instagram growth services including followers and likes packages for publicly accessible Instagram profiles and posts.

The Service is intended for marketing and promotional purposes only and does not involve direct access to your account credentials.

To place an order, you must provide a public Instagram username (for followers) or a public post link (for likes).

You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you or you have permission to use it.

• Orders placed with incorrect usernames or post links may be undeliverable and may not be refundable after processing begins.
• Your Instagram account must be set to Public for followers to be delivered.
• You must not submit third-party identifiers without permission.
• We may request additional confirmation for suspicious activity.

Payments are processed via third-party gateways (such as cryptocurrency processors). Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Funds are added to your in-app wallet balance after payment confirmation. Wallet balance is used to place orders.

We do not store your card number or payment credentials. The payment processor may provide us limited transaction data to verify deposits.

Results depend on multiple external factors including Instagram platform behavior, account visibility, and algorithmic systems.

We do not guarantee specific performance metrics or long-term outcomes.

• Delivery timelines are estimates; most orders begin within minutes
• Your account must remain public throughout the delivery period
• External platform changes may affect results
• We reserve the right to adjust delivery methods if required

Because the Service involves digital processing that begins immediately, cancellations may not be possible once an order has started.

Refunds, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis for undelivered portions only.

• Completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable.
• If an order is undeliverable due to our fault, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first may result in restriction of access.

You must not use the Service to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

We may suspend or permanently restrict access if we detect misuse.

• Fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Submitting private or third-party identifiers without permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse our systems
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Follizo is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform.

• We do not control third-party platform policies
• Platform rule changes may affect service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
